Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Returns/Refunds:

Returned items received back in ‘as new’ condition will be accepted and the purchase price (less shipping and handling costs) will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card.

If any of the items purchased from our store are found defective upon delivery we will offer to exchange the item for a good one at no cost to the customer or provide a refund of the full purchase price (including shipping costs).

Canceling Orders:

An order may be canceled by the customer prior to shipment of the order at no cost. If the request to cancel the order is received after the order has shipped it will be treated as a Return (see above).
